A modern twist on the classic horror film, it is a sequel to the 2005 remake of The Amityville Horror. The storyline revolves around the basic themes of a family moving in to find strange phenomena taking place inside the house. It has been rated R for strong horror violence and for language and is said to hit the theaters around Jan.
2) PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES ( May 2017 )
And the year holds much promise with the return of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow, and with Geoffrey Rush back on the screens as Barbossa, and Orlando Bloom entertaining us as Will Turner. 3) FAST & FURIOUS 8 (April 2017 )
Though the official storyline hasn’t been announced as yet, it is rumored that the film will take place at least partly in New York City. Fast 8 is closely associated with fast and furious 8 though there has been no official intimation on the same. The movie is said to be the first movie in a trilogy.
4) THE EMOJI MOVIE ( August 2017 )
Just as the name suggests the story revolves around Gene, an emoji that lives inside a texting app on a teenager’s Smartphone. Yet another animation film under the genres of family awaits.
5) CREED 2 ( November 2017 )
Sylvester Stallone is supposed to be back in the game for a sequel where he’ll play Rocky Balboa. The story selection and rights have been acquired. This sequel is said to be one of the awaited movies of the year.
6) THE AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR PART 1 ( May 2018 )
The Russo brothers have come aboard to direct Infinity War in one long shoot which began around in 2016. The movie which is titled as the third sequence to Avengers is going to be split into two epic films, beginning with Marvel’s Infinity War Part 1 and concluding in Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Part 2.
